01 — The Beginning —

One shop. One ritual.

Karak House started the way every good chai conversation starts — with friends, a kitchen, and the words "let's have some Karak." We opened our first cafe in Laguna Hills in 2023 with a clear goal: bring the authentic chai experience we grew up with to a modern, welcoming setting.

The recipe came from home. The hospitality came from how we were raised. The rest came from the people who showed up every day.

02 — The Craft —

Brewed the old way.

Our signature Karak chai is made the traditional way — black tea, fresh milk, and our house spice blend, simmered slowly, never shortcut. Beside it we serve a tight menu of specialty lattes, milk cakes, cheesecakes, and pastries — all made in-house, every morning.

No instant powders. No syrup-only drinks. Just real ingredients, hand-crafted by people who care how it lands in your cup.

03 — Where We're Going —

Coast to coast.

From one cafe to fourteen, opening across California, New York, North Carolina, Arizona, Virginia, Illinois, and Texas. Every new shop carries the same recipe, the same standard, and the same warm welcome.

We're not chasing scale for its own sake — we're growing where there's a real community ready for a real chai.
