Private Event Space — Your Questions Answered
What is the minimum booking for a private event?
Our semi-private arrangement starts at 15 guests. Full private buyouts are available for groups of 20 and above, up to a maximum of 100 guests.
Can I bring outside food or decorations?
The guest of honor is welcome to bring a special outside cake for the cutting moment. For decorations, you may bring your own or coordinate with our team for décor support. Any outside vendors must be pre-approved during your booking consultation.
Is parking available near Karak House Great Neck?
Yes — Middle Neck Road has ample street parking, and there are nearby public lots. We’re also a short walk from the Great Neck LIRR station, making us accessible for guests traveling from across Long Island or from New York City.
Can the catering menu be modified for dietary restrictions?
Our catering menu is served as-is and is not individually modified for dietary restrictions. We recommend reviewing the full menu with your event coordinator when planning so you can select the best options for your group.
What’s the deposit and cancellation policy?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. We’ll provide full terms in your event agreement during the booking consultation. We do work with clients on rescheduling when advance notice is provided.
