Born and raised outside Detroit, Junaid leads Karak House with a cross-industry background that spans supply chain, sales, marketing, coffee, and franchising. His instinct for consumer-led businesses shaped Karak House from the very first cup — and continues to guide every new shop we open.
Zohaib heads operations and franchising — the parts of the business that don't show up in the cup but make every cup possible. With deep experience in the mortgage and sales worlds, he focuses on the systems, standards, and strategic playbook that let us scale without losing the soul of the brand.
Rohail leads marketing and communications. A storyteller at heart with a background in digital marketing and brand development, he shapes how Karak House shows up — every photo, every caption, every campaign — so the warmth you feel in the shop reaches the people we haven't met yet.
